Loss of cursor focus when clearing Z39.50 search screen

Bug Description
New development has added radio buttons so catalogers can choose which index to use as the default in Z39.50 searches. However if you click on the clear button to do another search, the cursor is no longer in the default search box. You still have to click in the selected box to do another search. This means that the new development is helpful only if you are continually opening a new Z39.50 screen.
