footprint anchor cross disappears in some zoom levels

Bug Description

When I zoom in and out in pcbnew the footprint anchor crosses are shown only in some zoom levels and disappear in others.

IIRC this happened in Linux, too.

Application: kicad
Version: (6.0.0-rc1-dev-1071-gb88121e37), release build

Should be fixed in 8d73cfef, but the anchor has always been dependent on the zoom.

It works now. If anyone wonders, the bug made the anchor first disappear then appear again when zooming continously in one direction.
