team add member should include a link to the invited member

Bug Description

Go to http://launchpad.net/~someteam/+addmember and invite a new team as a member of this team.

You get a nice yellow info block telling you that the team has been invited. This info block includes the team's display name and name. These should be linked to that team's page so that it's easy to jump right to the invited member.

This seems like an easy fix so I'm taking it on 'cause it's bugging the hell out of me. :)
