Bug Description
In the barbican client, there is a static method that allows to store a secret.
As this method is not included in the mapping.json, then you cannot store secrets using barbican in the workflows

Add back the secrets_store action into mapping.json
This action is not included in the mapping.json and it is required
to retrieve secrets from barbican in the workflows
