Bug Description

Several weeks ago (I'm not sure when, because I update from the nightly build almost every day), scrollbars stopped working in the eeschema nightly build running on Linux Mint. For example, today I have version listed below my sig.

The symptom is that the scrollbars still appear at the right-hand side and bottom, but you can't use them to pan the drawing. You can still use the F4 hotkey to pan.
