no shutdown,reboot,suspent because i changed cpu from tf 20 to turion 68 (Aspire 5516)

nothing is crashing its just doesn't shutdown reboot or sleep(wakes up 1 second after it sleeps) for the day a change cpu from AMD Athlon 64 TF-20 to AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-68 for the Acer Aspire 5516 and 18.10 lubuntu cant install from usb live cdrom/casper/filesystem.squashfs error something for Acer Aspire 5516

I'm sorry but there is not sufficient information here for me to reproduce this bug. Could you explain in more detail the steps to reproduce this bug, what the expected results are and what the actual results are?

I'm not asking for you to do a bug report. Actually, this is a bug report. I'm asking for:

 1. The steps necessary to reproduce the results you see
 2. The expected results
 3. The actual results

RE #5 Post:

 1.Change the cpu from AMD Athlon 64 TF-20 to AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile TL-68 for Acer Aspire 5516

 2.Results a lot errors at boot up,suspend wakes up after 1 second and shutdown/reboot always stuck at shutdown screen plus when you try to install lubuntu 18.10 from usb it displays cdrom/casper/filesystem.squashfs error

 3.the actual results are the above plus i uploaded more info(bugs) in posts in my name maybe be helpful, before i changed the cpu many years ago everything was ok

So you can't install 18.10...... but you've installed 18.10?

RE #5:Assuming you've seen the other bug reports the cdrom/casper/filesystem. squashfs error bug is when trying to install from USB (it boots but cant install) even from windows virtualBox

RE #5:One of the bug report(#1803827) is from a different computer but similar bug not the same, if is that what you mean {So you can't install 18.10...... but you've installed 18.10?}

If you can't install it, that's a completely different issue. What I'm seeing, though, is that you're having trouble installing ANY image, correct? Have you checked the hashes on the image?

PMFJI but if/when I have trouble installing ANY image, I run memtest86+ on
the problematical computer.
