   dpkg -l > all.txt

Hello,

Attached you will find file.
I have reinstalled the drivers since reporting the message,
but the sound does not come back and I need to restart it in the terminal.
it only helps "alsa force-reload".

Please try uninstalling the packages that may conflict with PulseAudio:

sudo apt remove jackd jackd2 jackd2-firewire timidity timidity-daemon
