wine32:i386 is already the newest version (3.0.3-2).
wine32:i386 set to manually installed.
You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
wine32:i386 : Depends: libwine:i386 (= 3.0.3-2) but it is not going to be installed
wine64 : Depends: libwine (= 3.0.3-2) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

Please uninstall wine1.8 and similar packages like wine1.8-amd64 and
wine1.8-i386. This should fix your issues.
These packages were never part of the Ubuntu archives, and the Wine
packaging doesn't handle conflicts with 3rd-party repositories.
I assume you had them installed once from the “Ubuntu Wine Team”-ppa,
which is deprecated anyway. So you should also remove this PPA from your
apt sources.list.
