Bug Description
Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
tool-tip--style long descriptions of links are cut off by the edge of the screen if the cursor is near the right-hand or bottom edge of the screen. This makes them impossible to read.
Steps to reproduce: Hover your mouse over the "Answers" tab at the top right of the Launchpad page. A small yellow box should appear to the below right of the cursor starting with the words "Questions for". The end of the sentence will be cut off by the edge of the window.
Preferred behaviour: rendering of long descriptions should take into account the position of the cursor in relation to the window (e.g. near the right of the window they could be rendered to the left of the cursor), so that the entire description is readable on screen.
