Bug Description

The root cause of LP:1799862 is maas-run-remote-scripts uses an lsblk option which is not supported in Trusty. MAAS has never supported the stress-ng or NTP tests on Trusty. As Trusty is going EOL in April[1] it makes sense to deprecate Trusty as a commissioning release now.
