The shutter windows hides part of the screen while taking snapshot

Bug Description

When the shutter app is open, and you select (for example) "selection", the shutter app window should minimize automatically. Otherwise it hides a large part of the screen and cannot me moved in order to uncover what you want to snapshot.

There is an option for that, see attached screenshot.
