Bug Description

FieldMasks are correctly handled only for first-level fields. All the fields from lower levels are not handled correctly because they need full path in FieldMask but only column name is given.

Handle fieldmask in Sync properly

db.Scan now returns fieldmask of processed row which allows Sync to
update fields that should be updated.
