Bug Description

GNOME Builder built and install from source, install development files for libide-1.0, at {includedir}/gnome-builder but .deb package doesn't install all directories and files, required to develop plugins for GNOME Builder.

This is the location of meson to install headers files.

src/libide/meson.build

Once installed the Debian package, no header files are in place.

Yes, the development files for gnome-builder itself (to build plugins for GNOME Builder) are not installed. We weren't aware that anyone was trying to distribute third-party plugins for GNOME Builder.

Could you provide more information about the plugins you are trying to build?
