Bug Description
SVG export of DrGeoII sketches seems to be a useful addition to the project. It will allow further processing of the results with other programs (e.g. Desktop publishing programs or web publication programs) unrelated to DrGeoII.

The current DrGeoPresenter object has a
exportToBitmap
self exportToBitmap: self askForBitmapToE
method.
This and the script for the SVG export could be moved to a DrGeoSketchExport object.
