web client keeps timing out. Is this normal?

Bug Description
Once we long on to web client,if not in use it will time out and we have to register our work station again. This will continue throughout the day.

It will time out if not in use (as it should, for security). However, I haven't seen a problem with it losing the workstation. You might want to check your browser's Privacy and Security settings to make sure that cookies are allowed and saved for your domain.
