Bug Description

Currently, the scripts are not supporting the direct port creation ( through port_ids) with Ipv6.
The port fixture needed to be modified for the same.

Support port creation with Ipv6

Closes-bug: #1798759

Currently, the port fixture does not support creating a port with ipv6.
This commit allows doing the same.
