hmmm it seems this only happened once so will keep an eye but may end up closing this one

Reproduced in current master with using environments/monitoring-environment.yaml and podman deploy.

Patch [1] fixes the issue as it is removing the "null" in list_concat. The correct value else would be "[]" if we want to fix this before [1] will be ready for merge.
