DNS setting from Settings/Network GUI does not take effect

I'm connected to office network via ethernet cable.
The Settings-
192.168.101.201
This is the correct IP for the Windows Server 2003 nameserver in the office network.
See screenshot.
However, it seems that this nameserver is not used.

/etc/resolv.conf only has one nameserver. (If I manually add 192.168.101.201, it works.)
