Bug Description
1. Boot live CD, don't press any key
2. In maybe-ubiquity, choose a language != English
-> SGNOME Shell menus are still is English "Wired connection" for instance, or the date in the panel. Same when configuring WIFI network.
3. Even clicking on the next step ("Install Ubuntu"), the Shell stays in English.
