Lightning no longer in French after upgrading to 60.2.1

Hi,

here is Ubuntu Budgie 18.04

At first I thought Lightning was broken because I had to uninstall the mozilla-addons version of it ( the one found in mozilla addons webpage from inside TB ) and then re-install from Ubuntu repository xul-ext-lighting to have it upgraded.

Now Calendar ( lightning ) is no longer displayed in French, but English.

Under Ubuntu 16.04 :
Same problem, Lightning 6.2.2.1 is in English. No possibilities to get it in French.

Versions 5 of Ligthning were localized , it is not the case of version 6.2.2.1 provided by xul-ext-lightning package. So we are facing a regression.
