crashes if ethernet is plugged in after subiquity is started

Bug Description

I start the install, noticed that the netwrok config would not apply, plugged in wired, and had subiquity crash / the terminal switch back to VT1, before subiquity restarted and took over again, from the beginning of the install.

I can't reproduce this. If it happens again can you tell me the exact steps and extract some of the logs?
