Bug Description

Cannot save resolution change after restart hildon-desktop or system.

Reproduced steps:
-------------
1. Launch screen resolution applet from Settings.
2. Change screen resolution from 1024*600 to other setting such as 800*600, cick "Apply".
3. On prompt dialog, select "Keep resolution".
4. Restart hildon-desktop by "Ctrl+Alt+Backspace" or reboot system by command in terminal "sudo reboot"
5. After after desktop or system restart, launch screen resolution applet to check.

Current result:
-------------
In step5, resolution change to 1024*600 automatically and 800*600 cannot be saved.

Expected result:
-------------
In step5, resolution should keep 800*600 after restart hildon-desktop or system.

The fix is in 0.25, basically I changed the gconf keys over to moblin specific settings. Then I added a reader into moblin-settings-daemon which picks up the last resolution and rotation settings and applies them during moblin-settings-daemon launch.
