standalone deployment does not configure selinux

The standalone deployment is missing the selinux service so it cannot be managed during the deployment.

    Allow standalone to manage selinux

    In some cases we may need to disable selinux (like in CI). The role
    needs the SELinux service so that the management can be done during the
    deployment.

    Configure SELinux for standalone

    By default on CentOS selinux should be disabled.
    It changes the mode to permissive by default.
