Bug Description
If a video is played using Flash (for example, Youtube), and then the tab is closed, /dev/dsp remains used by the process firefox-bin. As a result, no programs using audio work. The problem is fixed when firefox-bin is killed.
Playing a video in YouTube, closing the tab is enough to reproduce for me.
