Player names in chat commands can't contain whitespace

Bug Description

When using chat commands, e.g., "@playername My private message.", "playername" can not contain whitespace. If it does, only the first part of the name (before the whitespace) is considered for finding the correct player to send to. The same happens with admin commands like /kick: It is not possible to kick a player whose name contains a space.

This is particularly problematic for LAN games, where players are named as "Player 2", "Player 3" if their desired name is already taken.
