mplayer produces errors decoding flac

Bug Description

If you play a flac file with mplayer, you'll get this warnings, the file is playing though:

I have this same issue, but only with one set of FLAC files. They are (I believe) 96 kHz files ripped from a Blu-Ray audio disc. My FLACs of CD rips are fine.

Looks like this is coming from ffmpeg: https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/blob/06f6857b54a7fbbd087b0803f75bed44abed50d9/libavcodec/decode.c#L824

mplayer seems to have dealt with this already in 1.4: http://trac.mplayerhq.hu/ticket/2353
