Everything crushes when I try to open Settings

Bug Description

Ubuntu 18.04

When I try to open Settings everything crashes!
After selecting Settings app or clicking Settings icon from top right corner, I see black screen and a bit after that the login screen.

Same issue if I select "Help" app.

I fixed this by installing proprietary nvidia drivers.
