Bug Description
We have had several requests for many years for show the format of bib records in hold reports (Book, DVD, Large Print Book, etc.). We have been able to pull in the Item Form fixed field and have libraries look up the code, but ideally, we would like the format to be human readable.

Path for a hold report would be:
Hold Request > Bib Record link > Target Bib Record > MVF Attributes
Add a filter for Value = 'search_format' (format_icon may also work), and add Value as a Display Field.
