Bug Description
Hover over a part in eeschema and move. If I use the mouse to move the part at this point, it works without issues, however if I instead use the arrow keys to move the part, pressing Enter to place it in a new position results in it jumping back to its original location (where the mouse still is).

I think this is probably the same as https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/kicad/ +bug/1788075 - that bug says it works in eeschema, but I can reproduce this in eeschema, so maybe that's no longer true.
