error resizing block volume

Note: all actions were triggered from the dashboard.

for resizing a volume from 400 GB to 500 GB I detached the the storage.
resizing finished successfully

when re-attaching to the same server as before (selected from the drop-down list) I get:

Please enter a server ID or select a server from the list when clicking on the input field. Note that only servers with the Availability Zone na-us-1b can be attacht.

I can't access https://dashboard.na-us-1.cloud.sap/monsoon3/orca-app-building-performance/block-storage/#/volumes - is that an SAP ORM version of Horizon? Which release is being used? Do you have the nova-api logs? I don't know where "Note that only servers with the Availability Zone na-us-1b can be attacht." is coming from but it doesn't sound like something from nova, it sounds like horizon, or some SAP changes to nova/horizon.
