Bug Description
5.0 build 282 cvm
upon vmotion security group and floating ips are being removed
steps
port with custom security-group
1)Attach custom security group 'sg' to port
2)Migrate the vm
3)security group 'sg' will get removed and 'default' will be added
port with no security group
1)Remove 'default' security group from port
2)migrate the vm
3)Default is getting added again to the port
port with floating-ip
1)Attach fip to port
2)migrate the vm
3)fip will get removed from port
