novajoin logging not correct in container undercloud

Since services was containerized we moved logs to /var/log/containers, the novjoin container does not log here. Instead it logs to stdout.

It seems also other services have 'host_prep_tasks' copying logs from /var/log/<service-name> to /var/log/containers/<service-name>

    Align novajoin container logging to other services

    novajoin container was logging to stdout, not to a file in
    bind mounted '/var/log/container' like other services
    in tripleo.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/tripleo-heat-templates 10.3.0 release.
