Bug Description
5.0 ocata build 282
Upon vmotion security tag is getting removed from vmi
Steps
1)Attach a tag web to port
2)Do Vmotion to another to another esxi
3)Tag web gets removed
Attached vmi_tag_list from vrouter introspect where Tag web attached to vmi got removed
