Bug Description
the recent version of neutron-fwaas devstack plugin tries to install libnetfilter-log1 package. [1]
unfortunately it isn't available on centos and thus make networking-midonet centos job fail.

It looks like this package is available via EPEL

$ yum --enablerepo=extras install epel-release
Looks like devstack has this setting:
SKIP_EPEL_INSTALL
and setting to False might fix it?
But it looked like that was the default?
