Bug Description

The miscellanea/ipmi_test failed while running the certification test suite for 18.04 on a MX840c. This failure only happens on this system. It passed on other blade MC740c and the rest of the 14G hardware. Furthermore ipmi does work for power cycling the system and for console access from the commandline. I suspect this is a testcase issue.
