Command: VMI was created with wrong MAC when add existing BMS

Bug Description
When create BMS instance from existing BMS (no-LCM), VMI/port was created in the Contrail with wrong MAC address, which is different from the MAC configured for BMS. This happens with 5.0-275, not with 5.0-214.
