filter fx parameters not saved on restart

Bug Description
I am on the Mixxx 2.2 beta. I have the filter selected as the second FX for FX banks 1 and 2. When I restart Mixxx, the parameters I have set appear to get reset to the default. I don't recall this happening with Mixxx 2.1.
