Add more Intent Compiler documentation

Describe:
- what happens when an event arrives from etcd.
- Intent Compiler cache;
- the revised design of DependencyProcessor;
- when backreferences/children are resolved;
- problems due to Intent Compiler starting with an empty cache;
- how to add a new kind of resource.

Clarify the current purpose of IC:
Remove the mention of plugins, as none exist yet -
the IC contains Contrail functionality only.
