Bug Description
After an upgrade from Lubuntu 18.04 to 18.10 beta, the system tray icons are barely visible, and are almost the same colour as the background.
I tried messing around with the appearance and Openbox configuration options, and the problem seems to be related to the specific default theme: Papirus-Dark.
I seemed to find a workaround, which was to select Ubuntu-Mono-Dark, uncheck 'Colorize icons based on widget style (palette)', then select Papirus-Dark again.

The problem is the upgrade. 18.10 is based on an entirely different set of themes.
