RHEL-7.5: R3.2-vhost creation failed. kernel module version difference

environment:

Redhat-7.5 + contrail 3.2.11.0-82 (build for 3.2.12)
contrail-version: contrail-install-packages-3.2.11.0-82~redhat70newton

contrail has to package vrouter kernel module version with latest 7.5 kernel version (3.10.0-862.11.6)

Updated CB and nightly build redhat hosts with kernel-862. R3.2 CB build 177 is in progress and can be tested once complete

Redhat released a new image 7.6 recently. It is better to include the latest 7.6 kernel instead of 7.5 latest

I have checked 185 build. Kernel version for latest 7.5 not available (3.10.0-862). Redhat release a new kernel as part of 7.6 release, we need to add that latest .ko in modules.
