Bug Description

In the french version for Horizon, "Suspend Instance" and "Shelve instance" are both called "Suspendre l'instance"

This looks like a translation bug. Forwarding to openstack-i18n.

translation should be fixed in the translation platform (translate.openstack.org).[1]
Horizon is not related. Removing horizon from the affected project.
