web client: add copies drop down boxes too small

On the Add Copies (Vol/Copy) Screen, depending on your screen resolution (i.e. this is more of a problem on square monitors vs wider rectangular ones) certain drop down fields can be too small and the data displayed in them hard to read.

An example is the template drop down. In this case it looks like there is plenty of room to have a wider box.

The other example is the prefix and suffix drop downs. In this case there is not much room so perhaps the fields should wrap to a second line?
