Bug Description
In the Web Client in Item Status, the Holds Shelf column does not increment if a title or copy hold is present on the title or copy. It stays at 0.

Looking at this in 3.12, the Holds Count column is blank. Tested by placing an item-level hold on a specific barcode and also by placing a title-level hold and then capturing it so that it was tied to that barcode. In both cases the column stayed blank.
