Please sync gphpedit 0.9.91-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Now it doesn't seg fault when opening an empty PHP file.
It builds fine in Hardy pbuilder.

Changelog since current hardy version 0.9.91-4ubuntu1:

gphpedit (0.9.91-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add patch from Ubuntu to prevent segfault when checking if an empty
    document is PHP.
  * bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3
    - Fix menu section according to the new policy.
    - Move homepage from description to a regular header.
