Pcbnew: Don't warp cursor after reading netlist and clicking "Update PCB"

Bug Description
The "Update PCB from schematic" dialog has focus preventing doing anything with the selected footprints, so one has to move the cursor back to the dialog to close it or change some option.
The 5.0 branch is also affected.
