Bug Description
Running `cliffdemo hooked` gives the following output:
sample hook get_parser()
sample hook get_parser()
argument --added-by-hook: conflicting option string(s): --added-by-hook
This can be suppressed by removing the `cliff.demo.hooked` hook from either /setup.cfg or from demoapp/setup.py
