Bug Description
I somehow have been what appears to be a Genome version of 18.04. Many of the features that are supposed to be installed are not. For example, the super key does not work, the Ubuntu programs icon is not in the dock or anywhere that I've looked, nor do I have a launcher. I have Gnome 3.28.2
