Bug Description
I have this recipe that is under a `Dependency wait` status and is never retried when it is the case for single .deb builds.

The interface should either:
* Treat this issue as an "error" showing the user that there is nothing to wait when the missing dependency is available.
* Or have some auto-scheduled retry.
