Bug Description
I see following Warning while using memcached for PHP Sessions.
Warning: Unknown: using touch command with binary protocol is not recommended with libmemcached versions below 1.0.18, please use ascii protocol or upgrade libmemcached in Unknown on line 0
I am already using libmemcached-1.0.18 on Centos 7 but above warning keep asking for 1.0.18 to use touch command with binary protocol.

I am also getting this error message, and I am also on 1.0.18.
I am not explicitly using libmemcached, but I am using mysqli.
