k8s:images are not been copied to local registry by the time sanity scheduler triggers

By the time sanity scheduler job get triggered the images are not fully copied to the Bangalore repository and hence the provisioning fails and the sanity .

Vinay is looking into this issue ...this is just a tracker bug

Discussed with Sudhee and Venkatesh Velpula about this issue, seems to be problem with Sanity Scheduler itself which Venkatesh was looking to fix.

Changed the Sanity Scheduler logic now for 5.0 will monitor for the next build and see
